Recently, I talked about the correlation between cars and getting great dates, and then about the woman president of the Yellow Car Club. Now, I’m going to talk about what’s attractive about girls who drive cars.. more specifically, about girls who RACE.

I’m sure you have heard of cars being sold faster if the “Lady Driver” clause is added to the advertisement. That should really tell you something eh? Maybe it means a woman is a lot easier on the wheel, the pedals and the whole car in general? Or, that the car interior is more fragrant? Heh. Kidding.

Someone owning a car isn’t exactly a big deal, but girls who drive their cars well get instant coolness points! What about girls who race? They get to pose in Car magazine covers not as models, but as respectabe racers who should be fawned about (because they look better in racing gears than their male counterparts, I bet!).

Take this Asian F3 racer chick, Gaby dela Merced. She’s a girly girl who posed for FHM Philippines AND a hotshot in the Asian racing scene. One girl racer club exists in the Philippines, GirlRacersClub, and their motto is “fun, fearless, smart, respectable”. Very apt.

A nice starting car for a woman like me (who previously never drove one) could be the Toyota Camry. Some features include integrated front fog lamps; dual color-keyed power outside mirrors; heated outside mirrors; high solar energy-absorbing (HSEA) glass… and a power tilt/slide moonroof with sliding sunshade!
