What Women Want in Men: Strength

You’ve heard it, I’ve heard it… women love strong men. But what exactly makes a guy ’strong’ in a woman’s eyes? Is it about looks,muscles or a wad of cash to spend on her…? The answer is no…It’s NOT about these things at all.
In a woman’s mind, three things must be satisfied before she thinks of a man as ’strong’…
1. He can stand his ground in any situation.
A strong guy must be able to control his temper (and his emotions). A woman is drawn to men who don’t buckle even after she puts him through her silly little b–ch tests..
“Buy me a drink…”
“Stay away from me, you’re a loser…”
“Yeah, right. I bet you said those lines to every girl in here…”
A guy who can dodge her bitchiness and keep his composure when she (or a friend of hers) tries to do a cock block is one step closer to becoming the strong guy of her dreams. He laughs, doesn’t snivel like the guys who usually hit on her, and calls her out for being silly… She becomes instantly drawn to him for his daring and charm.
2. He’s deep enough to like her for her personality and intellect, not just her body.
Have you ever heard of the LEER test?
In simple terms, she tries to figure out if the guy is only talking her up to get inside her pants. She shows body language that tells him she’s attracted to him, and would probably go with him at that moment if he asked, THEN she watches how he responds. Most guys fail by losing control and showing their real intentions; they get excited at the thought of getting laid and RUSH the interaction. She notices his desperate, ‘need-to-get-laid-now’ look and gives him a fake phone number. End of story.
Some guys stay on top of their game and convince the woman that they aren’t all about JUST getting laid.
3. He will stay with her and hold her hand when times are tough.
A woman will not go out with a guy who doesn’t have the potential to be a future boyfriend or even a husband. When a girl looks you over, she is consciously thinking if you’re her type, and subconsciously thinking whether or not you could be her boyfriend.
The first two things that makes women think of strength in a guy are easy to show on the first meeting, but the third one is a bit more difficult. A guy must give out the impression that he is emotionally available, trustworthy and reliable for a girl to consider him as a boyfriend. This “emotional connection” has to happen on the first and second dates, or else, it’s the end of the road for the budding relationship.
In summary, the secret to attracting women has something to do with the way men interpret “strength”, and the way women respond to what they think is strength in the men they date.

I agree with this, mostly the first one. I’m always looking for that strong male and most guy fail at the one above, i’m really sarcastic and mean and they sometimes can’t handle it.

I totally agree with your post! Men are deemed the epitome of strength and someone women can rely on no matter how strong their character may be as perceived by peers and society. Well, women will always be damsels in distress.

Women always are very fragile and sensitive creatures, they want someone they can rely on and ask for help whenever they needed it. And men are just the ideal ‘knights in shining armours’ so to speak.
