heller first movie ni KC…she did very good for a first timer. kahit hindi sya anak ni mEGASTAR…still sisikat sya kasi she is really maganda, strong ang character…soo sexy …unique beauty. Congrats KC and Richard!!!!!! LOve you both!!!!!

you people must be blind! there was nobody in that film that new how to act except Philip Salvador! True, they could still improve, but i don’t think it will be much. Both of them should think of alternative careers in the long run.

I have yet to see the movie. But i’m sure as soon as it’s leaked on the internet i will.

As for Kc..It’s her FIRST time ever. You’ were logical with your reviews and that’s fair.

She is the daughter of Mega star and Gabby concepcion but she’s not using that to get to where she wants to go..She wants to do it as KC concepcion. She’s just starting out..and i think, her longevity will say a lot about her as a person.

30 years from now, compare her to her mother. If there’s no comparison whatsoever then she wasted her career.

Watched the movie last night, ano ba yun?! Didn’t like the story, very common. Lang kwenta. Sna man lang pinag isipan yung story, sayang okay pa naman mga artista. Si Phillip lang, di bagay na Inglisero, sana si Edu na lang.

It is so obvious that it is a bad movie. Very pretty KC, nice looking Richard, picturesque Greece, nice outfits and bags of KC. But aside from these, the screenplay was bad, the script had no impact, the chemistry between the two was not there, the acting was terrible, the story was not unique, the storytelling was not fluid, and you will not be even touched by KC crying, it was too annoying!

It was so B-A-D that people will compare this to A Very Special Love of John Lloyd and Sarah Geronimo because the story was well directed and delivered, script was good, the camera shots were great, and the actors were both good considering Sarah’s a newbie in this.

I rate this movie of KC and Richard a flop! The moviehouses are not full and it’s not a week yet. DO NOT WATCH THIS, save your money for the next pinoy movie.

I watched the movie last week. It was good. I was really looking forward to it and I am so glad I went to the cinema and watched it. KC and Richard have the chemistry and it rocks. Everyone loving love story movies should watch it.

They have several movies more to go before they end their contracts in both networks, so if the reviews for this first movie don’t wake them up, I don’t know what will.

Pedigree talaga! Just like we vote for politicians who are sons of well known and service oriented ones, we think that talent runs in the genes too… and so we watched this movie!

Now we know that talent + good acting lessons + fans make the star!

There are good things and bad things about the movie, but we all watched because we are curious.

Now, we are already more curious of they are going to improve affter the first movie. So we will watch again right?

ang daming butas ng movie..sobrang nainis ako kasi sobrang taas ng expectation ko sa movie na ‘to..bumaba ang level ng quality ng star cinema..eto na ang pinakapangit na movie na nagawa ng star cinema..maganda nga ang box office result pangit naman ang mga reviews..

objectively speaking,this movie was a flop. i dont know ha, when i watched this movie, i coul only count the people inside. bad acting, bad script. richard guttierez could not act. everyone could see that. sayang. minadali yun movie. kc could still improve though. this is definitely candy pangilinan’s movie. im not a fan of filipino movies but when i saw sarah’s movie, it was so much better.

The acting and hype for this first movie is excusable, but the second should wow us like hell!

tama c renee. bad movie. period. wlang panama sa a very special love ni sarah ko. d sya pedeng i-compare kay sarah.. wala pang napapatunayan si KC. i’m sure kung kumita man ang pelikulang ‘For tHe first time’ e 95% dun e dahil sa anak sya ni Sharon and Gabby.. but if not, i don’t think na aabot to sa one month. may suggesion nga pala ako sa star cinema kung ano dapat ang title ng next muvie nina KC and Richard.. ‘For The Last Time’. for the last time na makikita cla sa big screen.. dahil malaki ang naluge sa Star Cinema dahil sa muvie nina KC. it was very disgusting and annoying. I’ve seen it myself, and OMG! nanghinayang ako sa binayad ko.. duh! ang sma sma talaga. ultimo pag-iyak, hindi marunong si KC, mahiya naman sya sa nanay nya. she is such a failure just bcoz of dis s2pid muvie. but Sarah, oh god! 2 thumbs up for ashlloyd loveteam! and take note ha.. may part 2 ang a very special love.. showing dis coming february 2009. pano nga ba namang hindi masusundan ang pelikula, e napaka laki ng kinita nito, una plang, come to think of it, how much more ang sequel?

Yes this movie is such a waste of time I am always waiting for a good one scene man lang or a twist of story but it just end as it is. and come to think of it this movie is made only for the two stars, and kung yan ang katwiran para lang maigawa ng film ang ilang over rated artists, ewan ko kung saan pa pupulutin ang mga commercial movies natin. hay naku. and I respect most of the reviews here that a very special love is way better but hello, if pinoy watched most US series, a very special love is the setting of and plot of UGLY BETTY and the story of “The devil wears PRADA” yun nga lang nain love ang boss and hello the scene where Sarah went to Lloydy’s pad and notice all of his toys that is a scene in Coffee Prince” and hello kailangan bang laging may eksena sa kalsada at laging umuulan Cathy the director is a big copycat director just not noticed because of the hype that the network is giving her. Jackpot lang sya kasi audience natin sa pinas na di pa rin masyado nakakapanuod ng mga US series and US movies. I am alwyas eager to watch pinoy movies because I am still onto hoping that pinoy movies even though technology late sa pag gawa ng movies ay kayang kaya gumawa ng good romantic movies. hay naku daig n daig tayo ng korean which kailan lang naman nag evolve ang entertainment sa kanila. Good luck to KC maybe this is such a bad decision na magmadali to do a crap movie na ni ayaw nya magpahalik, at takot syang utusan ng director what to do? while Richard pang robot lang talaga ang bagay na acting sa kanya. hay naku goodluck.

ganda talaga ng chemistry nila bagay- na bagay sana lang maayos nilang naipahayag ito sa movie kc di masyadong maganda pilit ang akting common ang problema masyadong minadali ang palabas.

I just rented this movie and I must say, it wasnt very good. Good looking people, but no story line, it was slow to develop…alot of unecessary scenes.

i dont think it was a “very” good movie. I won’t compare it to other movies under Star Cinema cause it would be unfair for them. The thing is they just proved that the only thing that makes the movie “successful” is the way the 2 biggest network promote it, The Chemistry between KC and Richard(at least they have this) , and the scenery of Greece. THAT’S IT. Sorry.:(

My God, could this film be more boring?

During the first 15 mins of the movie it was okay, but after another 15 minutes, you’ll surely fall asleep. I know I did. I wasn’t even tired when I watched it but hell, that was one good nap.

For the first time, I realized that Richard is one of the worst actors, so far.

And KC, My god girl, it’s a good thing you’re a showbiz royalty or else….. I won’t say it na lang.

The movie invested on the scenery…. which sucks really, you could see the people on the background in Greece staring at them.

And the plot…. too shallow, couldn’t you think of a better story?

For the first time talaga, I fell asleep watching a movie for the first time…. Usually it would be the 10th time for me to fall asleep while watching a movie but this is the worst.

Atleast now I have a movie to help me fall asleep when I’m having problems sleeping….

Also, no chemistry….. I onlt get excited whenever Candy Pangilinan is on a scene….

Anyways, I won’t recommend this film to my friends, I might get killed for it…

bad story, bad acting, worst star cinema movie ever!!!

honestly,hindi rin ako nagandahan sa storya.totoong minadali ang pelikula.ine-xpect ko nga magaling na umarte si kc kasi nag stage play na sya eh.si richard hindi naman talaga magaling umarte dahil lagi ko syang pinapanuod sa tv.hindi ako fan ni kc o ni richard.pero gusto ko yung loveteam nila.bagay na bagay eh.kaya lang sana naman yung next movie nila mas ok na para di lang yung team up nila ang hangaan kundi pati ung acting tsaka ganda ng storya.i wud still want to watch deyr 2nd movie 2 c if dey improved deyr acting.

The movie was disappointing. I hope KC has added extra hours to her acting classes because she certainly needs lots more! As for Richard, his acting lacks depth and sincerity. Shame on Joyce Bernal — I expected better from her! She relied too heavily on the kilig factor of the two stars that the flow of the storyline was so disrupted that it made no sense anymore. Calling on Star Cinema: what happened? I always look forward to your movies that this was a big disappointment! First, that Aga M. – Anne C. movie, and now this?! Is this a downward trend? I’m confident enough to make this bet: For KC’s and Richard’s movie with GMA Films, the storyline will begin with these two who have such dislike for each other that they always have screaming matches and they trade insults back and forth. They get stranded on a remote island after their plane experience mechanical problems. The time that they are stranded in the island, they continue to spat and scream at each other. And, eventually, they find themselves falling for each other. Then, they are rescued and are back to their usual lives. But these two realize how much they miss each other, and you probably know how the story will end….
