Angelina Jolie’s Birthday

It must be the combination of browsing through an advertiser’s baby shower gifts site, having a Hollywood gossip mag on my lap and editing my girl sensing posts, all at the same time, that reminded me … Angelina Jolie just celebrated her birthday last June 4!

Her much hyped due date (August 19) got people bustling while her birthday slipped by unnoticed by many. Well, Woobie is a big fan so I know it’s her birthday. To my favorite Gemini Girl, Happy Birthday!

This girl isn’t all sweetness, she’s edgy and quirky, not to mention a bit weird (she and her ex husband carried vials of each other’s blood around their necks), but she’s a damn good actress and a philanthropist. In 2001, Angelina was appointed Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Her big heart and how she adopts babies and raise them as her own must have been what attracted Sagittarian Brad most.

I admire her most for being a mom by choice, these moms are ladies who go out of their way to be moms. Not an easy task, but a rewarding decision. And now, they’re having twins! I can just imagine the kicks from those babies in her tummy. For now, her soon to be born twins are stealing all the limelight, but I bet she doesn’t mind.
